Alexander den Hollander

Alexander primarily aims at solving legal issues that entrepreneurs experience. He deals with merging and acquisition procedures, the incorporation (international) corporate structures and establishing shareholders’ agreements and several commercial contracts. Moreover Alexander assists employers, employees and directors, giving advice but also with legal proceedings related to individual and collective law of redundancy, employee’s fraud, noncompetition clause and issues related to the participation in decision-making. Alexander prefers to operate on the interface of corporate law and employment law.
 
Career
Alexander has been working as a lawyer since 2004. He started his career at a renowned office with branches in Amsterdam and Curacao after which he switched to a niche office specialized in international tax/ corporate law. After this he choose to work for Croon Davidovich.
 
Study
At the University Leiden Alexander studied civil law.
