Jung Nam Heeringa

Jung Nam Heeringa has worked as a partner at Croon Davidovich Advocaten since 1 October 2006. She is responsible for the law firm’s property law practice.

Expertise
Jung Nam’s has particular expertise in cases involving property law and landlord and tenant law. She is also frequently involved in employment law cases. Jung Nam advises on e.g. the acquisition, management and commercialisation of property, the drafting of contracts and general conditions. She provides her clients with legal advice in disputes with owners’ associations and proceedings regarding contracting and subcontracting, completion, defects, and the purchase and sale of property.

Jung Nam also advises landlords and tenants of residential and commercial property and litigates in disputes related to e.g. the maintenance, subletting, renovation, assessment and drafting of leases, rent adjustments and evictions.

Career
After completing her two studies, Jung Nam worked as a selection psychologist at a management consultancy office and as legal adviser at a management advisory group. She then continued her career in the legal profession.

Education
Jung Nam studied law at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and psychology at the University of Amsterdam.
